"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to be showing you how to make empandas from my new book Not Just Desserts. As we continue to saute the green peppers, olives, and the onions and the garlic are starting to get translucent. This is going to take 2-3 minutes you see I have it on a high flame, I just go to get this cook a little bit cause I don't want to add my meat, I don't want it to taste raw in the meat mixture I want it to be nice and salt and cooked so that it is has the vegetables flavor. Alright so it is going to take a little time to cook this in the mean time I'm going to add my capers, continue cooking my cumin, few dashes of tobacco sauce. Now you can add more if you like it hotter it is up to you. Add a little bit of pepper, a little bit of salt, and I don't try to over salt because there is always time at the end."
