"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to be showing you how to make empandas from my new book Not Just Desserts. We are going to start with combinations of meats I have ground beef, ground veil, and ground pork that is typically the way that community like to prepare there meat. We are going to have tomato sauce, I use a prepare tomato sauce which has much more flavoring in it such as a you know a pasta sauce. We have green peppers, red peppers onions cut into small pieces like that so they sautee evenly together, we have our capers, we need olive oil, cumin, tobacco, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, olives, and the most important ingredient to hold everything together are the empandas disk which are bought commercially at any super market and they are in the frozen food section. "
