"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'll be making a quick and easy traditional Spanish Gazpacho. Okay, let's go down our ingredient list for this soup. We're going to need about five or six pieces of bread. Just regular old white sandwich bread will work just fine. We're going to need about two and a half pounds of just plain old tomatoes. We're going to need two cloves of garlic, two yellow onions, about one red bell pepper, one green bell pepper, one middle sized cucumber. I have seven ounces of olive oil here. I have two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. I have two tablespoons of cold water, which you may need more, but we're going to start with two tablespoons. And I've got a tablespoon of ground cumin. This parts optional, but I'm going to go ahead and put it in there. So that's pretty much everything for ingredients. Let's move on to equipment."
