"AMY STAGGS: Hi, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, here is my recipe for Tabbouleh. Okay, we're finally ready for the last steps in making our Tabbouleh dressing. We're going to use extra virgin olive oil, two tablespoons, whoop. Just add that to our lime, lemon juice and water. And I like using extra virgin olive oil, just 'cause. Shovel out the extra $2 and get the extra virgin. Your heart will thank you. We're going to give that a stir, kitchen style, just using the knife that we've been using to chop up the lemons and the limes. And we're going to add--oh, about a teaspoon of salt and I'm just going to eyeball this. You should too. You know how much sodium you can have. I'm also going to eyeball how much pepper. I'm not a huge pepper fan so I'm only going to put in a few shakes. And again, if after we taste it, we think it needs more, we have more. Not the end of the world. Our dressing is ready."
