"AMY STAGGS: Hi, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, here is my recipe for Tabbouleh. Now the next step in making the dressing for the Tabbouleh salad is adding limes, fresh limes is what I'm going to use today. Now this isn't essential. I don't even know that it's completely traditional to regular Tabbouleh salad but I like the contrast of lemon and lime in anything. Plus, I added a little bit of cilantro to this recipe. I use some cilantro and some parsley. So limes and cilantro are like perfect together, one always compliments the other. They're not all the juiciest of limes, I've just used some small limes, a little bigger than key lime--key limes but--so they don't yield as much juice but they're worth every squeeze I promise. So we add that to our lemon juice and our water. Looks like were getting a good amount. Looks like we have--hmm, about half cup of dressing so far. So, I'm going to go ahead and just leave it at one lime for this 'cause I just want to have a hint of lime, I don't want it to be overpowering."
