"AMY STAGGS: Hi, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, here is my recipe for Tabbouleh. So we finished the actual Tabbouleh salad, next we're going to make a really simple dressing. Now it's not essential. I don't insist that you add it but I prefer to, adds a nice little "citrusy" zing and plus, you have to have olive oil if this is going to be a Greek dish. Olive oil is the most characteristic in one of the most ancient elements in any Greek dish and Greek food and in general. So you have to have your extra virgin olive oil. You have to have salt and pepper, kosher salt if you have it. And you have to have lemon juice and lime juice. But if you don't want to go out and buy fresh lemons and limes, they might not be in season, that sort of thing, I have find no problem with using a bottle of lemon juice or lime juice. If you are going to be using fresh ones though, it's good to use just a hand juicer, right here, easy to pour. And what I like to do whenever I'm making a dressing for regular salad or for Tabbouleh, I like to just use a regular measuring cup, that's what I use to spread the dressing around. So you're going to add a quarter cup of water to your dressing. So let's get started on making the dressing."
