"AMY STAGGS: Hi, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, here is my recipe for Tabbouleh. The next step in preparing Tabbouleh is something that my mom always did when she made Tabbouleh for us growing up, adding fresh parsley. This is not a must-have, this is a want-have. It adds so much flavor. And you're going to wash it of course, cut off the stems, put those away. And you are just going to continue to cut off the stems but you're going to just kind of loosely, sloppily, chop it up. I take a whole handful of the stuff and I just--that's how I use to measure it and whatever I end up yielding per cup, that's what I end up yielding. You can never have enough. It adds such a great flavor. And while you're at it, this is if you have it around, you can also throw in some cilantro, adds a nice little zing. So, this will--I'm guessing probably pack in at least a cup. And there it is, it's a perfect cup. So adding parsley to your Tabbouleh actually keeps it truer to the original Greek recipe. So if you want to be true, add parsley."
