Now open the eggs; we're using 7 eggs for one little milk now we are using just half little, so we make 4 eggs, we take the sugar in the eggs and we take the milk onto the sugar and eggs. You have to be careful because if you are working too quick it will be scrambled eggs you have to be careful of the foam of the eggs. We take the milk and the eggs mixture to the caramel into the pan."
