"Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we're running Iguana Restaurant we're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. We have our chef Glockl we're going to make guacamole today. The first step is you cut the avocado into two pieces, you open it, you take the seed out and you get the avocado meat into a plastic bowl. You can see Glockl, it's very easy to get inside when it's hard sometimes you have to use your knife or otherwise with a spoon and it's very easy to open. If it's a little brown inside that's okay, if it's too browny don't use it."
