"Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we're running Iguana Restaurant we're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. With my chef we're going to make guacamole today. The most important is the avocado we have to check is soft enough, if it's hard it's hard to make it. So what you can do is leave it for 2-3 days and you check every morning then if soft enough, if you're in a hurry you can wrap it into newspaper and put it in a warm place it makes the whole thing quicker. The ingredients are avocado, some lemon, onion, fresh tomato, fresh cilantro, salt, and jalapeño, we mashed the jalapeño and looks like this after with some jalapeño as well."
