"ello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest. We are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. The first step is we're going to start cutting the onion. Now we're cutting the Californian pepper. And now we're going to make the filling of the burrito. First, you add some oil into the hot pan make sure it's hot. You add the onion. Leave it for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Second step, we're going to add the Californian pepper and another 2-3 minutes just leave with the onion. We're going to flavor it first with the mashed garlic actually. Easier if you make it before. Some pepper, cumin, and add some salt. Not too much. Leave it for another 2-3 minutes like this."
