"Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food we're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to make a typical tomato salsa. The first one is the salt after this is the pepper, cumin, the garlic, oregano, if it's possible fresh cilantro it's better fresh, vinegar just a drop of vinegar and a few drops of oil. If you like it hot you can add some chili at the end and you mix it after it's ready you put it into the fridge for about an hour so it's just together all the ingredients."
