"Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food we're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to make chili con carne. After 2-3 minutes we add the cooked kidney beans and again we mix it together for a few minutes and then add the beer. And you start slowly cooking after about 5 minutes the carne is ready, it smells excellent let me tell you how we cooked it. First of all we cut the onion, dip it in the hot oil for a few minutes and after we get the grounded meat we cook it together for another 2-3 minutes and after we add the flavors like we showed you before. We add the kidney beans which we cooked before that for around 2 hours and at the end we add the brown dark beer, enjoy."
