"Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest. We are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to cook a traditional chicken quesadilla with my help my chef. You can decorate it with tomatoes, sour cream, or guacamole and don't forget it's easier to buy now this flour tortilla then make it at home. We're decorating the quesadilla from right to left sour cream, guacamole, some tomato and jalapeño. It's the guacamole on top and some dice tomato. Tthe guacamole is from avocado. A lot of ingredients inside and they're onion, garlic. We open the avocado two halves we get inside we put some onion and garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper, some tomato inside and you mash it, and we drop off a little drop of sour cream. And it's ready, enjoy."
