"Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest. We are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to cook a traditional chicken quesadilla with my help my chef. Almost all the time in the morning we have a family that wakes up and makes the tortillas like this one like we make here this flour tortilla. We, this tortilla, we're going to fill it, first with the cheese. We have pepper. We keep it for a day together with onion and oil so it marinates a little and we put it in the quesadilla. We add some salt, just a little, just a drop and we're going to add the chicken on the top."
