"We're almost there. We have our gorgeous vegetables here, now we need to add a little liquid to it. We need two cups of tomato juice or vegetable juice. I happen to have this, this is the Spanish version of tomato juice, and you can use V8 or just a simple tomato juice. You know, depending on what you have. Lovely. Lovely. So I'm going to pour it in this. You want to shake up the cans. Make sure it's ooh la la. You know what's nice, tomato juice does have just tomato flavor. This, these vegetable juices do offer a few more vegetable flavors, a fuller body. And this is a can and a half is going in there. Shake well. Okay. Now we're going to mix it all together. Ooh, look at these colors coming out. Ooh look at that; tomato, the purple onion, the pale cucumber, the bright green, green pepper. Oh my god. This is looking gorgeous. Who wants to come over for dinner? Okay. So you just keep mixing until all the vegetables are well mixed so there's no big pockets of green peppers or onions or green peppers, it's all the same. Now if you want to, keep clicking. We're going to season this and then after that we'll be ready to taste. Keep clicking."
