"Now it's time to do our cucumbers. As you remember, we peeled, we cut it in half, and we scooped out the seeds and we cut them coarsely into this section. I've used one cucumber. What's nice about recipes like Gazpacho is there's no exact measurements that are really required. If you want to use two cucumbers, one and a half, whatever, hot house cucumbers, it's really up to you. That's what's so great about cooking. We're going to pulse chop these because we want to keep the integrity of the vegetable. It's almost like making salsa. So look at that, see how beautiful that is in just a couple seconds? It turns out into a really nice size piece and we're going to add that into the bowl. We're starting to make Gazpacho. It's turning into Gazpacho. Keep clicking, this is getting exciting!"
