"Okay. Now, we're ready to do our sweet green peppers. Mm. But before you can use these, you've got to take out the seeds. Very simple, again, to prep these. You cut from the top here where it grows attached, and cut off, revealing the inside. Simply pull that out -- look at that -- and toss. You also may want to get rid of these other fibers, this membrane, rather, because it can be bitter. It's not as sweet as the rest of the flesh. And that's pretty much how you clean this. And like we did with the others, we're just going to give it a coarse chop. A coarse chop, so that it will work in the food processor better. Very simple. And you need to do two cucumbers -- I'm sorry, two green peppers for this. You need a whole cup of green peppers. So as you can see, once you cut it down, each green pepper is about a half a cup. So there you go, you've got the green peppers. Again, this beautiful green color with the red, it's almost like making a painting. Sometimes that's the eye you want to have when you're cooking is how many beautiful colors can I put together. So I think we're just about ready to -- We have a couple more things, actually, to put together, and then we'll get ready to process it. Keep clicking."
