"First step here is we're going to be cleaning the tomatoes. These are some nice, hothouse tomatoes. Very simple to do because we don't want the seeds in our soup. So you just snap off the little tip there, if it still has it, and simply cut it in half and revealing the seeds like that. So this is with your fingers, just go in there and get the seeds out. Oop, they squirt all over the place. But I'm telling you, you don't want that in your soup. Very simple to do, a little messy. Let me show you again on this half. Just take your index finger, goes right in there, and scoop out those seeds. Yes, sir. Okay. There you go. That simple. So now we've got the tomato. Okay. So after you've removed all the seeds, you just give them a coarse chop. You can cut them into quarters, eighths, whatever. It doesn't really matter. Just so that they will chop up faster than the food processor. It's that simple. When you get them all done, then we go onto cucumbers."
