Was doing demonstrations at Bloomingdales. I even taught cooking for the Learning Annex. Like I said we are doing Gazpacho, as a Spanish delicacy and it is one of my favorites and my clients love it too. It is very simple to make. It is based with tomatoes. It is chilled, not cooked. So we have some tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, fresh lemons for that little tang on your tongue, tomato juice, Cayenne for little heat, olive oil and we are garnishing with some chives and sour cream.
