"Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie delicious fruit salad. So you want to put your 2 cups of chopped up strawberries also in your side bowl that's holding all of your other fruits. And just make sure that it's approximately 2 cups, the next thing that I am going to add are grapes. Now, this is unusual a lot of people actually really don't put grapes in fruit salad because they're so small and people just don't think about chopping them up. However, I discovered that in this particular fruit salad it really adds an amazing flavor so I would really encourage you to use grapes. Because that is one of the most unique thing about this particular low calorie fruit salad."
