"Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie delicious fruit salad. Also for the marshmallows, again if you want 4 servings you're going to want to put in 2 half cups which would be one full cup for your add in. And the same goes for the pecans and almonds that I was talking about 1/8 cup for pecans you would double and it would be 1/4 cup. Then 1/4 cup of almonds you would double and it would be 1/2 cup and this is all for serving 4 people."
