"Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie delicious fruit salad. If you are serving a standard group of 4 people then you'll probably need groups of 2 of everything. For example apples you'll need 2 large apples, 2 bananas, now normally 2 by itself would be 2 servings for 2 people. One serving each but when you mix all these fruits together it's going to end up being 4 servings so that it can serve 4 people. Whenever you're putting in the strawberries you want to put in 2 cups of strawberries and as for the grapes you want 2 cups of grapes."
