"Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie delicious fruit salad. Now pecans are pretty high calorie so I would suggest 1/8 of a cup, if you're trying to stay low calorie you would need to grind them and 1/8 of a cup would be 150 calories. As for almonds you can grind up 1/4 cup of almonds and they would be 180 calories. So again nuts are a little high calorie but if you prefer that taste then that's a really good add in. So for making this low calorie delicious fruit salad I'm going to talk about measuring for serving."
