"Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie delicious fruit salad. One cup of strawberries is going to be 50 calories, you can also have optional low calorie add ins if you want to add nuts or sweeter flavors then I would suggest first of all adding marshmallows. And for the calories it's really pretty good you can get 1/2 cup of small marshmallows for only 80 calories for a half of cup. So I would suggest that first for an add in if you really have a sweet tooth. Also if you like nuts then I would suggest to either add in pecans or almonds."
