"Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie delicious fruit salad. I'm going to talk a little bit about the calories for each fruit so that if you think one fruit has too many calories for what you want you can leave it out. An apple has 65 calories approximately, a banana has a 180 calories, some people think it's too high calorie so if you wish to leave it out that's fine but if you really like the taste of the banana leave it in. Then the grapes for one cup of grapes for the red kind are 62 calories per cup."
