"On behalf of Expert Village this is Donna Danahy and I'm Dina Cutrone. And I'm a personal chef in Kew Gardens, New York. I'm also a personal chef, the name of my business is called Tall Order and we're based in Brooklyn, New York. Today we're presenting string beans in balsamic butter. We're going to throw in some of the toasted almonds, we toasted these almonds earlier. So we just put them into a skillet that was hot and they we're slices and we browned them a little bit and then we just chopped them up and now they're ready to go in. They add a nice nutty flavor to the string beans. So it's really a play on the old classic string beans almond dean. So we just let that go a little bit and then we're ready to test."
