"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today were going to make crock pot beef stew. These are the ingredients your going to need for your crock pot beef stew so start out with this is a top round roast you can use most of any type of pot roast they call it for this dish. Something that works really well after slow cooking overnight to let the other cuts that you usually use for steaks or little there tender they fall apart after overnight cooking. So we want to have black pepper, salt, some leaf thyme, garlic powder, little bit of olive oil for browning the meat, some granulated powder onion powder, fresh onion, potatoes, cumin add that for some southwestern taste, and carrots, beef broth also for the stewing process."
