"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today were going to make crock pot beef stew. For our beef stew were going to need the crock pot you may have grown up with this so the component of the crock pot is you'll see this is a bowl that goes in. This is where the electricity is as you see your going to plug this in and it has a crock pot in here this is a ceramic bowl that goes in here that will absorb the heat. We'll put the meat in here and all the vegetables and then it takes overnight to cook you can do it quicker to. It has a nice glass lid to hold in the steam and you'll see this is a large unit you can also get the traditional round ones that you see. It also has the off button here and it also a low so that takes longer to cook but for some items that you want to cook you can take 12-15 hours if you like. There's also a high which of course it would make your food come out quicker but it has all these options so this is a great way to go."
