"Well welcome back in this next segment we will be doing sauteing vegetables. The first step you want to do is sauteing vegetables is choosing the vegetables you would be sauteing. Today we have chosen yellow wax bean, French green bean and carrot and I would eventually be throwing in some red onion but that would come at the end so I will show you that when I'm ready to toss that in. The first step you would do in that is blanching and the key about blanching, blanching is good for a person always on the go on Sunday you can take a blanch a weeks worth of vegetable and what is basically it is a steaming process that is half the time. So if you had a vegetable that you steamed for 6 minutes you would want to steam for say 3 minutes and they can you store in the refrigerator and there you have vegetables for the week and you take them out and steam them real quick and it takes you 2 minutes and you are ready to go. That way you don't have a bunch of time of all wasted all week on steaming your vegetables. So now we would move on to blanching your vegetables. "
