"And we are back can you smell the garlic and the thyme infusing the vegetables. I can it smells wonderful. So now you are going to want to turn off your heat and give a little check it looks beautiful, make sure and take your pot holders and take it off and the best part about straining is it is all done. You take it out and look it is all done you are going to want to take your pot, you are going to want to come over here and I always like to set it on one of my pots on one of my pot holders, open her up, and you got the wonderful vegetables just coming a waiting to get out. Then you are going to want to take them and just arrange the on our plate like so and the best part of it is you can take them and they don't even need any salt and pepper. They're wonderful. A little bit hot but extra yummy. Enjoy!"
