"Now we are in to the next step now that the vegetables have been chopped the next step would be to wash them. I about triple rinse and bagged but I personally like to still rinse my vegetables and I'm going to put them in the stainless strainer that I use with my pot so that way it is one step quicker. So you are going to want to dump your vegetables into the stainer and when rinsing them you always want to use cold water because hot water adds bacteria to your vegetables and we don't want anything getting in your vegetables that shouldn't be there. So you just want to just take them right quick and give them a shake around make sure all the vegetables are getting all nice and clean and then give them a quick shake. Alright and now we are done with cleaning them and we would move on to the next step which is putting them in the pot and we would start for our boiling. "
