"Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make cream of mushroom soup. Our side with our soup is going to be a traditional bruschetta. So we are going to start by dicing up the tomatoes. Take out the core and just a rough dice will do. Followed by some garlic, then our basil, add some Parmesan into that and mix it up. And finish off with some olive oil and there we go."
