"Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make cream of mushroom soup. We'll start cooking the vegetables by adding the butter and melting it on a low heat, then add the onions. You want these cooked until they are transparent. Once they are, add only our minced mushrooms. Keep it on a low heat because all excess butter has already been absorbed by the mushrooms. Just let this cook for 2 or 3 minutes."
