Makw Beef Broth for Cream of Mushroom Soup

"Hi, I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make cream of mushroom soup. For the broth, start by cooking the celery in a small pot. Once this starts to get tender, throw in some salt and then some water and our beef bullion. Then let that come to a boil. Once it is boiling, if you want throw in a little bit of thyme, give it a stir and then turn it off and put it aside."
