"Hi! My name is Arie Pytel for Expert Village. We’re moving right along with our salsa. We’ve got our tomatoes blended, our onions chopped, we’ve added our garlic, and chili powder to the blender as well and we just squeezed our lime juice in there. The next ingredient we’re going to add is cilantro. It’s best to get the freshest cilantro possible. An easy way to cut your cilantro is to fold it in half and chop finely and close together as possible. We’re going to want about a quarter to a third of a cup of chopped cilantro. We’ll mix that in there and see what our consistency of our salsa is. Little bit more."
