" Hey! I’m Arie Pytel for Expert Village. We’re continuing how we’re going to make this fresh salsa. The first step is wash your tomatoes once you’ve got your tomatoes ready to go. You can actually use any kind of tomato that you want. Some people prefer Roma tomatoes, any kind of tomato will do. What we’re going to do is blend these tomatoes, and first step to doing that is quartering them so that they’ll fit in our blender and be chopped properly. What I’m going to do is first I’m going to cut the tomato in half and then I’m going to cut it the other way, lengthwise, and throw it in the blender. "
