"Hi I'm Anne Apra with Expert Village and I want to thank you for joining me in catering tips one on one the appetizer section. More to follow I promise. Here is a overview of some of the wonderful dishes we made; we roasted tri colored peppers with garlic and olive oil. We made pita crisp with a little bit of seasonings and also with Parmesan cheese. We made our gorgeous chicken skews with the 3 citrus cape ravioli and down below we got our roasted yams. Let's check and see how they look. Oh they are beautiful. Nice and soft you want to make sure that you are able to stick a fork through them. These can use a little more cooking so I'm going to put them in. Maybe I would enjoy some of those wonderful seasoned nuts that we made earlier. Come on back and join us for future episodes of appetizers and catering tips one on one.
