"Parmesan cheese is such a forgiving cheese. It's low in fat, high in flavor and can be used for so many things. You can add it for fillings and for stuffing. You can use some on top of items, you can use them as a garnish, what not. So I like to grate Parmesan cheese a lot at one time because I hate getting my equipment messy. Speaking of equipment, my favorite equipment here is a food processor. It is a gift of time, I tell you. The only trick you need to do is a little bit of prep ahead of time, which is what I'm doing right now. I'm chopping up my Parmesan into smaller cubes so that I can feed into the hole of my food processor. You want to make sure your food processor is clean and ready to go and plugged in. It's going to make a lot of noise, so I'm not going to talk much afterwards. But I'm going to show you the fast magic of the shredding blade of a food processor. Here we go. And you got to lock it in first. There's one, two. Don't try that at home. Food processors come with a handy dandy little pusher that you can use. I however like to live on the wild side. Now, with my shredded cheese, I'm going to just sprinkle some over. I've got nice fat wedges, or chunks of cheese rather. And I'm going to sprinkle them over the pita with the canola oil on it and then I'm going to toss it into the oven to bake. There we go. Nice big chunks. It's going to be really fun when these pieces, these larger pieces are going to melt on them. They're going to be fun and gooey. We love gooey. Off they go into the oven and while I'm in there, I think I'll check on our peppers. Perfect. They're done. So as you noticed, I turned on the oven one time and I'm able to make a lot of dishes at one time. Look at those peppers. Aren't they gorgeous? Yum!"
