"So I'm arranging my pita triangles on a baking sheet so that I can see the surfaces of all of them. To make them crisp, I'm going to put some canola oil into a nice little handy dandy waiting reservoir and pour a little bit at a time so you don't waste it. I'm going to take a pastry brush, which you can get at any hardware store or cooking store. They don't have to be fancy. Just as long as you only reserve it for one use only and that would be for cooking and not for painting in addition. I'm going to take a little bit of the canola oil, and I'm just going to brush lightly each one of the triangles. Make sure they get a nice coating, so that when I put my next step on them it will stick to it. Now my next step involves sprinkling of Parmesan. But I also like to have some made without cheese on them. So that the folks who are vegans or lactose intolerant or are watching their cholesterol can not have the Parmesan ones. But have an option of soft or just herbed and Parmesan for those who want to have a little fun. So on top of a portion of these, I'm just going to sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper. Just on part of them so it looks like they're having a little bit of fun too. OK? Great. When we return, I'm going to grate Parmesan in one of my favorite kitchen tools."
