"Hi this is Helena, I'm the director of Chefs Inc. and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be showing you more about how to make a delicious cream of mushroom soup. So now we have our soup, it's cooking and it's beginning to thicken, so you actually wait till it starts to boil and turn it down to a medium, medium high heat. You can see how thick this is getting. That's from the flour that we put in, so the starch is cooking it and making it thicker. Now to this we're going to add our cream. I have a little extra cream here just in case I need it but usually it's about a cup and a half to two cups. So I'm going to go ahead and add that in. This is really going to give it a rich nice flavor and we're going to let this cook a little bit to get thicker to the consistency of a nice hearty soup consistency. It's well thickened. And as soon as that is done thickening, we will taste again to see if we need to adjust our salt, pepper."
