"Hello, my name is Graziano from Restaurant Krizia in Budapest Hungary. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to make Italian food. Okay, when the minestrone soup is cooked, we are going to put some noodle or rice and parmesan cheese also. I don't suggest to you to cook all together because it come too much cooked of the noodle and the rice. You cook on the side and then at the end you can add to the soup if you like. Noodle if you like. If you like rice and at the end add the parmesan cheese which is the very, very touch of Italian kitchen. Okay the minestrone soup is cooked. We're going to put now in the dish and if you like with rice. We put first some rice into the plate and then the soup. Some parsley, parmesan cheese and this is the minestrone. We have all the vegetables, fresh parmesan cheese, rice. You can put also on the top some fresh olive oil and one fresh basil leaf also for decoration."
