"Hello, my name is Graziano from Ristorante Krizia, in Budapest, Hungary. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to make Italian food. The vegetable stock we are making in the kitchen every day. Onion, celery and carrot is the base, and then if you clean some zucchini, or whatever you have; cabbage, you put inside that pot. You cannot use for garnish, or whatever; you can put in the stock, and you leave there; slowly cooking all the day, and you can use for Minestrone, for Risotto; so many things. Now we add some vegetable stock. Now we cook the Minestrone for thirty minutes; forty-five minutes. It depends on quality. If there is more quality, thirty minutes is enough. At the hand, while you cook it you can chop the parsley like this."
