"Hello my name is Graziano from retaraunte Krizia in Budapest Hungary. On behalf of Expert Village I am going to teach you how to make Italian food, minestrone soup. First after washing all the vegetables you can find in season like cabbage, celery, green bean, mushroom, whatever you can find. And when you wash them clean you cut all of the vegetables into small squares and first you put into a pan with a little bit of olive oil and onion, carrots, celery, green bean, for a few minutes you mix very well and turn very well and then add the vegetable stock and cook for 20 minutes depending on how much you make and you serve the minestrone soup with boiled rice and boiled fettucini or some other pasta and a little grate of cheese and garnish with fresh basil."
