"Look at this, this is garlic tomato paste with some salt and olive oil, truly a Mediterranean treat that we are going to put inside our soup. Let's go take a look and see what's been cooking in here. Wow! That's boiling up a storm, I'm going to turn that down a little bit so you can see through the steam. Look at that, is that hearty goodness or something? Now I am going to put this whole glob, it's about three quarters of a cup of the tomato paste in the soup. We don't want to waste a drop, amazing. Wash off the spoon, don't want to waste any. Now we are just going to stir this into the soup, can you see? Look at all these beautiful vegetables. They all retain their color and now they're getting this garlic tomato bath. I wish I could be in there with them. It's not quite the same temperature but oh wow, that is gorgeous soup. Keep clicking we're going to show you how to serve it."
