"If you've seen some of my other clips, you know that I grow my own lemons. Mmm, and they smell so, so great. The homegrown one's are the best, I think. We're going to be squeezing these because you can't have soup without lemon juice. You need some kind of acid to help balance out all the sweet from the fruit. So, we're just going to simply cut it in half and squeeze by pushing down and squeezing the sides against the reamer. Push down and squeeze and turn the sides against the reamer. I like to use the reamer because it has a little strainer, gets out some of the seeds, not all of them, but you can see some of the bigger pulp and pits are caught there. We need a little bit more juice so I'm going to just quickly squeeze one more lemon. Mmm. It smells so great, love that lemony smell. Love that lemon. There we go. There's enough lemon juice to make some fruit soup. So, let's keep making some fruit soup. Keep clicking'!"
