"Now we're going to slice the vegetables. We're using the food processor, so that we can get nice, thin, consistent slices. There's really no other way to do that, and so I'm going to turn it on turn it on; push them down using the plunger. Can you see the beautiful slices coming up? Do the same thing with the celery, one stalk at a time. If you don't have a food processor, of course you can slice them by hand, or you if you use a might have a hand grater will do the same, has a slicing section that you can slice them up. And I'll just show you, because look at the beautiful slices that this makes. It's just a fantastic tool to use to give your food that nice consistency, and professional edge."
