"This recipe calls for carrots and celery. So we need to peel that and it just takes two seconds to peel using your standard vegetable peeler. I think it's just a few strokes and less than that. The carrot is peeled. If you don't get every little bit of the skin it's quite alright and then you just want to cut off the top and the end. We're going to the same thing with celery. Celery grows in sandy soil so there tends to be a lot of dirt around the base of the stalks. This recipe only needs two. So all we really need to do is rinse off the sand and then we're going to cut off the end, both ends like that so we have our celery ready. We need to make another cut here. We just want to use the sweetest part of the celery and the carrot and so now we have carrots and celery ready for the food processor. Ok. keep clicking we're going to keep making soup."
