"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm making creamy broccoli soup. So you can see our soup has reduced down quite a bit or puree. So I'm going to start adding the heavy whipping cream. I'm going to add it very, very slowly because if you dump it all in at once what is going to happen is you just going to make your soup really cold. If you add it in very, very slowly you're not shocking the soup so much you are just adding just a little bit at a time so that it heats up that much quicker. Go ahead and dump this whole thing in here. Maybe I should have got a bigger pot because it looks like I'm going to get all the way to the top here. Something else you could do is you could actually heat the heavy cream up separately if you wanted to. If you had an extra pot or if you have extra time, it could move the process along. Just make sure you don't scorch it or bring it to a boil. So we are just going to put all of this in here and that is the rest of it. What we are going to do now we are just going wait so if going to reduce down to thicken."
