"Hi, Christie Lyons with Expert Village. We're on to the next step. Now we're gonna add the vegetables to the soup and let the magic begin. It doesn't really matter what order you put them in. And as you're ready to put them in, you'll see that all the skimming is done. It looks pretty clear. You'll find the vegetables, because they're lighter in weight, they'll come to the top, and the chicken will go to the bottom. So what I do is stir it a bit to see if I can get one of those onions underneath a piece of chicken. Just get some of that down underneath. They're all gonna do their thing anyway, and there's the leaves. Whenever you smell anything that's cooking on the stove, you can see the steam rising, you get a really good coif of that aroma. Boy when you come inside and that chicken soup's cooking, it does smell good. We'll put the lid back on and lower the heat a little bit. And as I said we're just waiting for the magic to begin. That's basically it. Just let it sit for a while, about forth-five minutes to an hour. Come back and check every once in a while. I like to do that just to go like this. I love it. We'll be back in the next segment. We're gonna make the matso balls and see how they do. Stay tuned."
